We are AHA
Federatia AHA has relevant experience and competences in diverse areas of work, due to our previous projects in all the organisations who form the federation. Our strongest point is definitely expertise in areas of management and coordination of teams, especially from different countries. We have managed different Erasmus+ and EEA grants, which allowed us to learn and develop other skills as well, such as effective communication through different channels, time management and realistic deadline scheduling, and implementation of events.
Our expertise is given by the experience of the youth workers and adult staff - with over 10 years of experice in different fields:
- ecology and environmental protection by promoting creative ways of self-sustainability;
- physical activity and sports, to raise awareness over the importance and benefits of being active and having a healthy lifestyle;
- personal and professional development of youngsters, especially involving NEETs in activities for gaining new skills;
- non-formal education and activities which involves creating new tools and methods for youth workers to apply in their work;
- development of social values, civic involvement and the spirit of togetherness by promoting diversity and inclusion, volunteering and cooperation between more countries and cultures;
- culture and creation, by approaching different types of arts, traditions and cultural aspects from different countries to promote intercultural exchange and understanding of differences;
- digitalization and development of digital skills and competences for a better understanding of the online environment, its threats, opportunities and implications;
- entrepreneurship and nurture of new ideas of youngsters to empower initiative and creativity.
